The Jury
The grand jury included System of a Down bassist Shavo Odadjian; Capital Cities singer-songwriter Sebu Simonian; jazz phenom and composer Tigran Hamasyan; Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Hayrapetyan; Professor and Founding Dean of the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, Judith Smith; and the iconic rock star and challenger himself – Serj Tankian.
The Team
The 7 Notes Experiment was created by Creative Armenia, an arts foundation and production company based in Yerevan and Los Angeles. The challenge and experiment were produced by Garin Hovannisian, Alec Mouhibian &
Tatevik Manoukyan on behalf of Creative Armenia. The team included
